The United Country franchise located here in Willow Springs, MO was originally opened in 1963 and has been in continuous business since then. I, Solomon Cornelius, purchased the office April 1, 2004 and have been the Owner/Broker since that time. I hold a BS degree in Mathematics with a Mionor in Insurance. I taught HS Math and coached here in the area for 8 years. i was born and raised with in an hour of my office and have ample area knowledge including but not limitted to climate, employment, recreational activities, schools both prep and college levels available in the area.

Jeff Ward, Realtor/Sales Associate

Jeff is a lifelong resident of Howell County and graduated from Willow Springs School where he attended all 12 years. He has an associates degree in Emergency Medicine and has worked as a Paramedic for Willow Springs Ambulance almost 15 years. Jeff also owns and operates his own beef farm of around 100 head of cattle. Due to his years of experience as an area rescuer and farmer he is very well known by the people in the community, and is an expert on the area, farms, and attractions. In the past he has owned his own Excavating business, is a State certified septic system installer and has experience in general construction. When not working, you may find Jeff camping at one of the many area lakes or rivers, or traveling the country in his R.V. Jeff is very Proud of his hometown, and dedicated to its people. He specializes in Farm and Ranch properties, as well as Residential.
