Willow Springs, in Howell County, is in south central Missouri, bordering Arkansas. It is right on US Highways 60 and 63. State Highways 76 and 137 start or end here, depending on your direction. Highway 76 is a scenic route to Branson, which is only about 110 miles east. Springfield, the third largest city in Missouri, is only about 87 miles west.

Willow Springs is named after a large spring surrounded by beautiful weeping willow trees that was located about 8 miles away.
